Fitness Course or Surf Course
Additonally to our surf coachings, wich are fitted to the individual skill level, we offer plenty of sport, fitness and coaching programms. With a combination of Yoga, Crossfit, Functional Training, Coordinative Training and Boxing, with our guests the knowledge and power for beeing in the water and off the water. Especially for no surfing times to keep up strong and improve. The fitness trainings are set individual for each guest.
These skills aren´t for pros alone, but extra for people who haven´t the chance of much water time and want to improve anyway.
